Hornsby Zone School Sport (HZSS), formerly Primary School Sport Association (PSSA), is a Department of Education interschool sports competition. The school participates in HZSS netball, soccer and AFL. Junior teams involve students from Years 3 and 4 and senior teams involve students from Years 5 and 6. All students in Years 3 to 6 will be given opportunities to represent the school in various HZSS sports. Staff conduct trials to select the best possible team to enter the competition in Term 1. Students participate in the competition in Terms 2 and 3. We are fortunate to have teachers who are able to coach HZSS sports.

The competitions include:
1. Soccer for Senior and Junior Boys and Girls Soccer Team Years 3 to 6.
2. Netball for Senior and Junior Girls
3. AFL Mixed Teams for Senior and Juniors Years 3 to 6.

The venues for the soccer and netball change on a weekly basis while the AFL is held at Foxglove or Parklands Ovals in Mount Colah. Players are transported to and from venues by bus.
