The focus for Year 3 and 3/4G will be to help develop relationship skills by developing social skills for making and keeping friends, getting along well with others and being accepted and managing disagreements well. The Year 3 lessons will focus on:
- Having good relationships makes you feel happier.
- Most people do not find it easy to get along well with others at first.
- Some social skills are especially important for getting along with others.
- Some social skills are especially important for being a good friend.
- No one has friends all the time. Everyone feels lonely sometimes.

- Friendship problems
- Being separated from a friend
- Dealing with rejection
- Don't be afraid of disagreements.
- You can't deal well with disagreements unless you control your angry feelings.
