During Term 3 students will be using Google Classroom often
Classroom is an excellent online collaboration tool, which allows students and teachers to work together on tasks, or simply to share information with each other. It is a safe environment, since students can only join a classroom if the teacher explicitly shares a specific code. Students are likely to be members of several classrooms created by teachers for different tasks.
To access Google Classroom directly, using a modern browser, go to classroom.google.com. The login is the student's full email address - user.name@education.nsw.gov.au and their school password. Don't forget to add the number if it exists in the username. You will then need to enter just the user.name and password on the next page, before clicking on the classroom in which you need to do work. You can download a reminder sheet here (pdf 85 KB).
